CATERING FOR MUSEUM BOIJMANS

Atelier Van Lieshout makes the first exhibition in the former submarine hangar.

Port of Rotterdam and the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen transformed an empty hangar into the largest exhibition space in the Netherlands.
Marije was asked for the opening, a new design called Bits and Bytes. A course on the table where balls move. The dinner consists entirely of ball-shapes, starters, main and dessert. The dishes are pre-mounted and moved by magic balls. You can communicate with the person at the the other corner, through notes that you let it roll.

Proef restaurant opened under the enthusiastic leadership of Mikael Besson, a chef with a culinary background and broad knowledge. Mik and Marije bowed spirits on new courts of Tastes, efficiency and suppliers. We communicate in refreshing French, Swedish, English and Dutch. Under Mik’s wings Ronald, Bauke and Marilyn.

PROEF OPEN!

PROEF has opened last week!
Without giving it too much importance, we secretly opened Proef as a restaurant last thursday.
It was a beautiful sunny afternoon where we danced around with some flowery cocktails in our hands to celebrate the new start of Proef as a restaurant! Even the chickens started dancing!
Right now we have been open for a couple of days and every day improves a bit. See you soon?

Green aerobics?

Proef is looking for a new garden man or woman!
Since the most snow has disappeared and the first green sprouts are rising, we are looking forward to start working in our garden again.

We are looking for a volunteer who would like to work out with our interns in the garden. A part of the harvest, can of course been taken home!
